Therefore, the purpose of study is to analyze the credit problems during the network economy and propose some suggestions by case study. The results showed that the credit was the guarantee of network economic development, and the optimal decision to maintain sustainable development of network economy. However, we need the government to formulate effective measures and to take strong action with the cooperation of all industries and individuals.
