摘要计算机、网络技术高速发展的今天，时通讯方式日益受到人们的青睐。通讯工具使协作成员可以远距离进行直观、真实的交流。企业时通讯系统目标是解决企业的沟通及协同的问题,提高工作效率。企业员工可以利用系统随时随地进行传送文件。 系统包括客户端程序和服务器程序，支持局域网和Internet。利用，真正实现企业内部协同工作。应用使您不必花费大量的时间、金钱聚集到一个地方，通过网络，就能实现面对面的沟通，提高了效率。主要定位于企业用户。MSN、QQ等公共消息系统，由于聊天对象及内容的不可控，若在企业内部使用，可能会降低工作效率。而将自己的服务器端安装在企业内，并且人员的创建是由系统管理员来完成，很好解决了这个问题通讯带给了我们更大的互动性给企业员工提供更方便的沟通方式，增强团队的信息共享和沟通能力，提高工作效率，减少企业内部通讯费用和出差等，从而为企业节省开支，同时也能创造一种新型的企业沟通文化方便地对企业员工网上办公进行集中管理。我们不需要离开我们的电脑，不需要借助其它额外的工具，通过系统我们可以在线实时交流工作。 关键词 Abstract Today with the fast development of the computers and high-speed network technology, people are becoming more and more intrested in real-time communications. With real-time communication tools we can chat instantly, transfer files, send notices, and so on. So that members in two different places can communicate with each other directly as they were together in the same place. The goal we design this enterprises real-time communication systems are as follows: to solve business communication and coordination problems, Improve work efficiency. Employees can use the real-time communications system for private chating, group chating, leaving message, sending notices, transfering files at any time. The system includes a client and a server, support both LAN and Internet. Enterprise real-time communications system is mainly targeted at corporate users. As the Participants and the content of the chat is not controllable, MSN, QQ and other public information systems may reduce working efficiency. And the corporate real-time communications system’s server will be installed in the enterprise and the members are managed by the system administrator, so it won’t have these problems. Real-time communication bring us more interaction. It provides more convenient communication, enhance information sharing and team communication skills, improve work efficiency, reduce internal communication and travel costs. It alsl creates a new culture of corporate communications, facilitates the centralized management of the staffs.
