摘要20世纪下半叶至今，滨水地区作为极具活力的经济社会载体和独具吸引力的环境载体，成为全世界城市建设的热点。滨水地区的建设已成为塑造城市形象特色、延续城市历史文脉、激发经济活力的重要手段。伴随着改革开放，我国国民经济迅速发展，城市旅游在国民经济中的地位得以凸显。可以预见，城市旅游功能在滨水空间上的投影将成为持续关注的重点。然而，以旅游文化导向为主结合宜居特性的城市滨水地区建设仍处于探索发展阶段，特别是对具有“母亲河”特质的城市滨水地区更是如此，这正是论文探讨的关键所在。论文对六安市淠河城市滨水地区城市设计进行实证研究，重在运用区位空间审视下的城市设计思想方法和技术路线，突出相关比较空间研究，把握六安淠河城市滨水地区“母亲河”旅游文化、宜居城市的特质性。就实证而言，确立“一脉纵贯时空看今朝，水、绿、古、文、秀、雅展未来”的城市设计基本命题，并在此命题下开展淠河城市滨水地区的整体框架构筑和特质空间的概念性设计，提出了城市滨水地区更新和开发的实施策略。就理论思考而言，在实证研究的基础上，认为以城市旅游文化形象塑造为导向的城市滨水地区的城市设计，首要的是把握城市旅游文化与城市形象特色的内在空间关联。城市旅游文化形象的塑造，应从城市自然、区域历史、文化、景观分析、研究入手，确立城市形象特色建构的特质空间和城市设计命题，并在此命题下，展开其特质空间的城市旅游文化内涵、形象的建构与时空表达。关键词：城市滨水地区；城市设计；城市旅游；宜居性；区位主体；区位空间审视AbstractSincethelatterhalfofthe20thcentury,waterfront,asacarrierofvigorouseconomicandsocialdevelopment,anduniqueenvironment,hasbecomeaworldwidefocusforurbanconstruction.Thedevelopmentofthewaterfronthasbecomeanimportantmeansforacitytoestablishitsimage,carryforwarditshistoryandculturalheritage,andstimulateitseconomyvitality.Withthefurtherreformingandopeningup,ournationaleconomyisprogressingrapidly,andurbantourismhasemerginginthenationaleconomy.Itisforeseeablethattheurbantourismwillcontinuetobeafocusinthedevelopmentofwaterfront.However,urbanwaterfrontareamainlyorientedtotourismculturalandcharacteristicsofthecitylivablecombinationofwaterfrontconstructionstillattheexploratorystageofdevelopment,especiallywiththeMotherRivercharacteristicsinurbanwaterfront,whichiskeydiscussedinthepaper.TheempiricalstudyLu’anPiRivercitywaterfront‘sUrbanDesign,focusontheuseofthinkingandtechnicalrouteexaminationoflocation,highlightthecomparisonforspaceresearch,takeLu’anPiRivercitywaterfrontmotherrivertourismculture,thecharacteristicsoflivablecities.Ontheevidence,theestablishmentofariverfrontcitywithproperplanningofwaterandgreenareas,buildingswithtraditionalandantiqueflavor,andcarriedoutunderthisproposition,PiRivertheoverallframeworkofurbanwaterfront,buildinganddesigncharacteristicsoftheconceptualspace,raisedtheurbanwaterfrontrenewalanddevelopmentofimplementationstrategies
