AbstractInrecentyears,withChinasrapideconomicgrowth,alotofnewretailformatswerebroughtinourcountry,suchasSupermarket,ConvenienceStore,DiscountStore,ChainStore,MultipleStore,andShoppingMall.AllofthesenewformatshavegreatlychangedChinasretailsystemsandenterprisebusinessmodel.Ononehand,aretailenterprisehastoimproveitsbusinessmanagementandadjustthestructureofindustrialchainscontinuously.Ontheotherhand,ithastostrengthenmanagementofitshumanresources.However,sincethe21stcentury,agroupofspecificemployeeswhowerebornduringandafter1980’shavegraduallybecomethebackboneofthesociety.Theydifferfromthegenerationbornafter60’sand70’s.Theyareegocentric,dislikebeingcontrolled,andembraceinspirationinsteadofconstraint.Asaresult,manyofthepastmanagementmethodsandskillsarenotsuitableformanagingthe80’sgeneration.Inordertobemorecompetitive,aretailenterprisemusttakeappropriatemeasurestomotivatethe80’sgenerationtoimprovetheirworkefficiencyandenhancetheirloyalty.Thisarticlefocusesonthestudyofthemotivationmechanismforgrass-rootsemployeeswhowerebornduringandafterthe1980’sintheretailenterprise.Firstofall，thispaperanalysestheresearchrelatedtogenerationbornafter80saswellasthemotivationtheoryandresearchresultsfromdomesticandoverseas.Thenitdescribestheperformanceofthegrass-rootsemployeesbornafter80sinmostofthecompany，andfindsthattheyhavediversifiedneedsontheirwork.Finally，theauthorproposessomestrategiesandsuggestionsonmotivatingthe80semployeesaccordingtothemotivationtheoryandtherealneedsoftheemployeesinXretailenterprise.Thisarticlecombinestheoryandpractice,andthestudyconclusionhastargetedtoXretailenterprise.IthasaninstructionalvalueforXenterpriseandalsobeareferenceforsimilarenterprises.Keywords:Employeeswhobornafter1980s；RetailEnterprise；MotivationTheory；Needs目录摘要..........................................................................................................................IAbstract...................................................................................................................
