中文摘要目的：六经辨证学说为仲景学术之核心思想，后世八纲辨证亦为六经辨证之衍伸，研究者众。然检索发现，众学者在《金匮要略》一书的研究中对于六经辨证之运用论述甚少，亦未有相关专题论述。因此，本文本着《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》本为一书，同为一人所著，其中联系甚深之观点，用六经辨证学说将其贯串，并挖掘六经辨证在《金匮要略》中的相关运用，以期更好地指导临床。方法：本课题采用文献学的研究方法，系统梳理六经辨证学说的学术源流，阐释该学说的具体内容，分析《金匮要略》临床杂病中六经辨证这一方法的运用及其对当今临床的指导意义。结果：本文经过系统梳理仲景六经辨证学说，发现仲景六经辨证理论涵义较多，本文选用其症候群说来分析《金匮要略》中杂病的治疗，客观的阐述六经辨证在临床杂病治疗当中的运用方法。此外，通过对《金匮要略》中杂病的分析帮助我们更好的理解六经辨证的涵义。结论：六经辨证贯穿于《伤寒杂病论》全书，《金匮要略》中对于杂病的论述，亦体现六经辨证之丰富应用。六经辨证不仅运用于伤寒，更可广泛运用于内伤诸多杂病之中。关键词：六经辨证；金匮要略；症候群；仲景TheResearchOntheTheoryandPracticeofSix-meridianSyndromeDifferentiationIntheSynopsisofGoldenChamberABSTRACTObjective:TheDoctrineofSix-meridianSyndromeDifferentiationisthecoreideaoftheZhongjingscholarshipandthesourceofthelaterEightPrincipalSyndromes,becauseofwhich,ithassomanyresearchers.However,theretrievalshowsthereislittleapplyingorrelatingspecialtreatiseofSix-meridianSyndromeDifferentiationinscholars’researchesontheSynopsisofGoldenChamber.Accordingly,basingontheperspectivethattheTreatiseonFebrileDiseasesandtheSynopsisofGoldenChamberareoriginallytwocloselylinkedpartsofonebookwiththesameauthor,thethesisappliestheDoctrineofSix-meridianSyndromeDifferentiationtorunthroughthetwo,andunearthstherelatingapplicationofSix-meridianSyndromeDifferentiationintheSynopsisofGoldenChamber,aimingtoguidetheclinicbetter.Method:ThethesisadoptstheresearchmethodsofphilologytocombsystematicallytheacademicoriginanddevelopmentoftheDoctrineofSix-meridianSyndromeDifferentiation,toexpounditsconcretecontent,andtoanalyzetheapplicationofSix-meridianSyndromeDifferentiationanditsguidingsignificancefortoday’sclinicthroughclinicalmiscellaneousdiseaseintheSynopsisofGoldenChamber.Result:ThethesiscombstheDoctrineofSix-meridianSyndromeDifferentiationsystematically,anddiscoversitsrichacademicmeaning.ThusthethesischoosesitstheoryofSyndrometoanalyzethetreatmentofmiscellaneousdiseaseintheSynopsisofGoldenChamber,andexpoundsobjectivelytheapplicationofSix-meridianSyndromeDifferentiationinthetreatmentofclinicalmiscellaneousdisease.Furthermore,thethesis
