AbstractAtpresent,theprocuratorialorgansatalllevelsaccordingtotheprocuratorialbusiness,carryouttheprocuratorialworkonthereformandinnovationofsysteminaplannedway,themodeofcasecentralizedmanagementistheresultoftheprocuratorialorganstostrengthenthereformofcasemanagementmodeinsuchsituation.Therefore,theprocuratorialorgansatalllevelshavebeenestablishedorareestablishingindependentcasemanagementasacaseofintegratedmanagementmechanism.Atthesametime,alongwiththeincreasednumberofprovisionsof2012amendmentstotheCriminalProcedureLawtostrengthentheaccusedandtherightsofdefenders’protection,inordertorealizethefightagainstcrimeandtheprotectionofhumanright.Therefore,thecasemanagementdepartmentalsograduallyexpandedtoprovidequeryandservicereception,unifieddefenselawyers,especiallyondefenselawyerstopracticeinaccordancewiththelawofsecuritywork.Themaincontentofthispaperisthecentralizedmanagementmode.Thenitproposesthecorrespondingimprovementsuggestions,inordertoachievetheinnovationmechanismofcasemanagementexpectationsonthelegalpracticeofrightsprotection.Inadditiontotheintroductionandconclusion,thetextconsistsoffourparts,aboutthirtythousandwords.Thefirstpartisanoverviewofthecasesofcentralizedmanagementmode.Thispartmainlyconsistsoftwoparts:Oneisthenecessitytoimplementcasecentralizedmanagementmode,themaindisadvantageofthetraditionaldoubletracksystemmanagementareanalyzedindetail;Thetwoistheembodimentofcasemanagementmodel,mainlyintheuniformcaseentrance,strengthenprocesssupervisionandconstructionofcaseassessment,analysisofmechanism,strengthenthecasequalitycontroletc.Thesecondpartisthepositiveroleoftheprosecutionofcasesthecentralizedmanagementmodeofthelawyersright.Specificallymanifestedinthefollowingthreeaspects:Ontheonehand,itisconducivetotheprotectionoflawyers;Second,createthecommunicationplatform;Thirdly,providethejudicialreliefway.Thethirdpartcasecentralizedmanagementmodeforlawyerstodefendtherightofsecurityproblems.TheauthorpassesinvestigationandstudyonthepartoftheprosecutionofcasesinC.Sofar,c
