大学生性心理健康问卷编制与测评 　　【摘要】 目的 编制与测评《大学生性心理健康问卷》,为评估大学生性心理健康状况提供工具。方法 在开放式问卷和访谈的基础上,结合相关文献,自编初测问卷,经过修订形成正式问卷,并对其信、效度进行检验。使用正式问卷对1700名大学生进行调查。结果 正式问卷共有31个条目,包括性认知和性态度2个维度。问卷具较好的内容效度,结构与设计的理论构思相符。2个维度和总分的重测信度分别为0.76,0.64和0.78;Cronbach α系数分别为0.65,0.72和0.70;分半信度分别为0.71,0.67和0.74。问卷总均分为(2.14±0.34),性认知和性态度的均分为(2.45±0.35)和(1.93±0.56),在性别、年级和父母态度上差异均有统计学意义。 结论 《大学生性心理健康问卷》具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为测量大学生性心理健康的工具。 　　【关键词】 性;问卷调查;精神卫生;统计学;学生 　　【中图分类号】 R 395.6 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000-9817(2010)06-0706-03 　　 　　Clinical Medical School of Development and Evaluation of Psychosexual Health Questionnaire for College Students/YANG Run-tao,WEN Bin,ZHANG Dong-mei,et al. Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, Guangzhou (510310), China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To develop and evaluate the psychosexual health questionnaire for college students and to provide test instrument for them. Methods Based on open-ended questionnaire,interviews and some concerned review,the preliminary questionnaire was designed and the formal questionnaire was formed with good reliability and validity. Totally 1 700 college students were investigated with the formal questionnaire. ResultsThe formal questionnaire was finally refined as a list with 31-item, 2 dimensions including sexual cognition and sexual attitude. The questionnaire had good content validity. Its construct was consistent with the concept designed. The test-retest coefficients for the 2 dimensions and the total score was 0.76,0.64 and 0.78 respectively;Cronbach α was 0.65, 0.72 and 0.70 respectively;The split-half reliability was 0.71, 0.67 and 0.74 respectively. The total score of questionnaire was 2.14±0.34, the scores of 2 dimensions were 2.45±0.35 and 1.93±0.56 respectively. There were significant differences in the total and the 2 dimension scores among the sex, the grade and the attitude of parents. Conclusion The psychosexual health questionnaire has high validity and reliability, and it can be used as a measure of psychosexual health for college students.
