郑州雨辰学院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目： ZS01铸型输送机液压系统设计 指导教师： 职称： 讲师 学生姓名： 学号： 1334095854 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 院 （系）： 机电工程学院 答辩日期： 20年6月18日 20年6月14日 摘 要 铸型输送机是铸造车间的一种专用设备，其功用是有节奏地把输送小车向前移动一个小车距离，并能实现精确定位。输送小车的步移和定位（先步移和定位）拟采用液压传动完成。 本文是ZS01铸型输送机液压系统的设计，而在这里选用步移式铸型输送机。根据设计内容先了解设计的技术要求和动作顺序，进而拟定系统原理图。确定原理图后，计算液压缸的速度和载荷，然后进行液压系统的设计和性能估算。液压系统的设计是本文的重点，首先要初步需要请咨询学号数字企鹅确定系统压力，在进行液压缸的结构设计，液压缸的结构设计包括缸筒的计算、活塞设计、活塞杆的设计、液压泵选型、液压阀选型、油箱管道等辅件计算。最后进行液压系统性能的估算，同时还要完成上绘制液压站、液压缸、缸体、活塞杆等图的设计。 关键词：液压缸 控制回路 液压阀 Abstract Movement of step type casting conveyor is a kind of special equipment in casting workshop, its function is moving the deliver car forward a car distance in rhyme, and can realize the precise positioning. The deliver cars move and positioning (the first move and positioning) will be completed by the hydraulic transmission.
