摘要摘要3G，全称为3rdGeneration，中文含义就是指第三代数字通信。相对第一代模拟制式手机(1G)和第二代GSM、TDMA等数字手机(2G)，国际电信联盟(ITU)目前一共确定了全球四大3G标准，它们分别是WCDMA、CDMA2000和TD-SCDMA和WiMAX。TimeDivision-SynchronousCodeDivisionMultipleAccess，即时分同步的码分多址技术，缩写为TD-SCDMA，是ITU正式发布的第三代移动通信空间接口技术规范之一，TD－SCDMA标准是由中国提出的，被国际上广泛接受和认可的无线通信国际标准。TD-SCDMA是一种集TDD、CDMA、FDMA、SDMA等多种多址技术于一体的通信系统。核心网络基于GSM／GPRS网络的演进，并保持与它们的兼容性。无线网采用时分双工(TDD)、智能天线、上行同步、多用户检测、动态信道分配等新技术，其干扰大大降低，提高了系统容量，降低了发射功率和无线基站成本。一个通信网络是不是优秀、能不能完成预期的设计目标，在很大方面依赖于无线网络的规划是否合理。本文着重研究了TD-SCDMA无线网络的规划，首先介绍了TD-SCDMA的基本原理及其采用的关键技术，然后描述了TD-SCDMA的规划流程，接着从传播模型的选择、规模估计、网络勘察方面详细的研究了TD-SCDMA的规划设计方法，结合TD-SCDMA网络特点，在实际工程中提出了TD-SCDMA网络室内解决方案及网络优化方法,最后，结合两个案例加以说明。关键词：TD-SCDMA，第三代移动通信，传播模型，选择，规模估计，网络规划，网络优化方法，案例AbstractAbstract3G,fullnameisthe3rdGeneration,relativetothesimulatestandardfirstGenerationandthedigitalstandardsecondGeneration,internationaltelecomunion（ab.ITU）haveaffirmedfour3Gstandards，includingWCDMA、CDMA2000、TD-SCDMAandWiMAX。TimeDivision-SynchronousCodeDivisionMultipleAccess（ab.TD-SCDMA），isoneoftheITUstandard3Gtechnologycriterion，whichwasbroughtforwardbyChinaandrecognitedinternationalwirelesscommunicatestandardbyallovertheword。TD-SCDMAisacommunicationssystemsintheintegrationofmanymultipleaccesstechnology,suchasTDD,CDMA,FDMA,SDMA.ItscorenetworkisbasedonGSM/GPRSnetworkevolution,maintainningtheircompatibility.Thenetworksusingtimedivisionduplex,smartantennas,uplinksynchronization,multi-userdetection,dynamicchannelallocation,andothernewtechnology,disruptsubstantiallyreduced,increasedsystemcapacityandreducethetransmitterpowerandcostwirelessbasestations.Networkplanningisaveryimportantlinkintheinitialconstructionofcommunicationsnetwork.ThispaperintroducedareferralTD-SCDMAwirelessnetworkplanning，firstly,introducedTD-SCDMAthebasictenetsofintroductionandthekeytechnic，andthendepictedtheTD-SCDMAnetworkplanningprocess,followingparticularresearchtheplanofTD-SCDMAincludeTD-SCDMApropagationmodelchoice,TD-SCDMAnetworksizeestimates,TD-SCDMAwirelessnetworksurveyandsoon。Linkwiththecharacteristico
