山东理工大学硕士学位论文AbstractAbstractThevariabletopologyparallelmechanismisaseriesofparallelmechanisms,whichhavethesimilartopologybutdifferentmechanicalcharacteristics.Thein-depthresearchonsynthesismethodforthevariabletopologyparallelmechanismcanhelpnotonlytodiscovermoreconfigurations,butalsoprovideatheoreticalbasistoselectadaptiveconfigurations,optimizeconfigurationsandcomputer-aideddesign.Basedonthebasicdefinitionofvariableparallelmechanism,theapplicationforthetirebuildingdrumisdiscussedandthekinematicsanddynamicsperformancebeforeandafterthetopologyofparallelmechanismchangesarealsoanalyzed.Firstly,thebasictheoryofvariableparallelmechanism,combinedwiththemathematicaldefinitionandpertinencetheoryofthevariabletopologymechanism,whichcanfurtherimprovethetheoreticalsystemofthevariabletopologyparallelmechanism.Thetopologychangingway,topologicaldescriptionandtopologyanddisplacementoutputarestudiedthroughtakingatypicalparallelmechanismforanexample.Secondly,basedonScrewtheory,combinedwithtopologylearningandgrouptheory,theintegratedprocessofvariabletopologyparallelmechanismareanalyzed,thetopologicalanalysisisgiveninseveralstatesofthefoldingprocessofthetirebuildingdrum.Thevariabletopologyparallelmechanismisappliedtodesignthefoldingmechanismofthetirebuildingdrum;theconfigurationtypeofparallelmechanismisanalyzedindetail,whichcanrealizetwoslidingandonerotationmovement.Usingthescrewtheorysynthesismethod,itisgiventheintegratedprocessofthevariabletopologyparalleltirebuildingdrummechanism,whichcanprovidealternativestructuretypeinthevariabletopologyparalleltirebuildingdrummechanismdesigned.Thirdly,theestablishmentofvirtualprototypeandanalysisofKineticCharacteristics.TheaccessorymodelsandthevirtualprototypearecreatedinUGsoftware,theoutputcharacteristicmatrix、DOF、forwardandinversepositionsolutionandworkspacearealsoanalyzed.ThenthekinematicsanalysisofthetirebuildingdrumisgivenandthekinematicscharacteristicsofsimulationanalysisareanalyzedbyusingADAMS.Finally,accordingtothemovementoutputoftirebuil
