渤海浮游病毒的时空分布及其与异养细菌的相关性研究摘要渤海位于辽东半岛和胶东半岛之间，是由黄河、辽河、海河三大水系汇聚的 半封闭内海，是我国海洋生态研究的重要海域。本文利用流式细胞仪对渤海浮游 病毒和异养细菌的丰度进行了检测，分析了浮游病毒丰度变化与异养细菌、微微 型浮游植物丰度及水文参数间的相关性。渤海海域浮游病毒丰度在 6.40×105 个/ml～3.59×107 个/ml 之间，辽东湾断面，浮游病毒春季在断面西侧近秦皇岛海域丰度较高，夏季在中部海域丰度较高，秋、冬季在断面东、西两侧近大连、秦皇 岛海域较高；渤海湾断面，浮游病毒 4 季均在中部海域丰度较高；莱州湾断面， 浮游病毒夏、秋、冬季均在断面东侧近龙口港海域丰度较高；渤海海峡断面，浮 游病毒在春、秋、冬季于海峡中部海域丰度较高，夏季在海峡两侧丰度较高。浮 游病毒丰度在春季渤海海峡断面显著高于其他 3 个断面，在其他季节各断面无显 著差异。垂直方向上，浮游病毒丰度在夏季表层和底层水体差异性显著，在其他 季节差异性不显著。渤海浮游病毒丰度在春、夏、秋、冬 4 季的平均值分别为：2.98×106 个/ml、8.28×106 个/ml、3.38×106 个/ml、 5.77×106 个/ml，夏季丰度显著 高于其他季节。夏季，连续站的浮游病毒丰度昼夜波动幅度较大，冬季，波动幅 度较平缓，表层和底层水体浮游病毒丰度的昼夜变化趋势较为一致。渤海异养细菌丰度春季在渤海海峡断面最高，辽东湾断面次之，渤海湾断面 最低，秋季在渤海海峡断面最高，夏、冬季各断面异养细菌丰度无显著差异。4 季异养细菌丰度在 4 个断面垂直方向上均无显著的差异性。渤海异养细菌丰度在春、夏、秋、冬 4 季的平均值分别为：7.98×105 个/ml、3.03×106 个/ml、8.42 ×105 个/ml、8.81×105 个/ml，夏季异养细菌丰度显著高于其他季节。夏季，异养细菌 丰度昼夜波动幅度较大；冬季，除 22:00 外，表层和底层水体异养细菌丰度的昼 夜变化趋势一致。渤海海域浮游病毒丰度在春季与温度显著正相关，与盐度显著负相关。夏季， 与异养细菌丰度、微微型真核浮游植物丰度、温度及 VBR 均显著正相关，与水 深显著负相关。秋季，与聚球藻丰度、微微型真核浮游植物丰度及温度均显著正 相关。冬季，浮游病毒丰度仅与异养细菌丰度显著正相关。 关键词：流式细胞仪；渤海；浮游病毒；异养细菌The Spatial and Temporal Distribution of Virioplanktonand Correlation with Heterotrophic Bacteria in the Bohai SeaAbstractLocated between Liaotung peninsula and Jiaodong peninsula, Bohai Sea is a semi-enclosed inland sea formed by the convergence of the Yellow River, the Liaohe River and the Haihe River, and it is one of the important areas for marine ecological research in China. This paper focuses on the investigation of virioplankton and heterotrophic bacteria in the Bohai Sea by flow cytometry, and analyses correlation among virioplankton, heterotrophic bacteria, picophytoplankton and hydrological parameters. In the Bohai Sea, the abundance of virioplankton ranges from 6.40×105 to 3.59×107 ml-1. As to the Liaodong Bay transect, in spring, the west side of the transect which is near the Qinhuangdao is more abundant in virioplankton; in summer, the central sea area is more abundant in virioplankton; in autumn and winter, both the east and the west sides
