Devices of Data acquisition as the core of the test system, mainly completes the collection of the aircraft internal environment parameters and working conditions, in order to check the various systems work in coordination and typical parameters. From the point of view of Diversification of the work environment parameters, this paper designed a device of mixed collection of multi-channel analog and digital interfaces design based on the analysis of various functions and technical indicators of collection devices. The device has the ability to acquire multi-channel analog signal and digital signal, and the data acquisited is storaged into recorder. According to task requirements of the data acquisition device, the paper put forward the overall design scheme of data acquisition device, and discussed the functions of various components of the system.It adopts the modular design concept, programmable logic control unit FPGA as central controller completing logic control of the anolog signal editing, digital decoding, real-time monitoring unit, a storage control module. The design implemented multi-channel analog collection compiled frame and digital reception, analog and digital as the same data stream sent to the logger storage based on modulus of hybrid storage technology.According to the work environment of device.According to propable work environment, it carried on the design of reliability from EMC，command setting，long-term transmission and potting protection technology. Finally, it took functional testing and system testing to the device and analysed the collected data.The results proved the collection devices achieving the mission requirements of performance indicators.
