民航飞行学员英语听力焦虑问题的实证性分析-an empirical analysis of english listening anxiety of civil aviation flight students

计分析、差异检验、相关分析、回归分析的统计方法。本研究结果表明：接受调查的飞行学员中86.6%有中度或高度的英语听力焦虑。对飞行学员和普通学生而言，都是英语听力焦虑水平和听力策略的使用呈负相关，英语听力水平与其英语听力学习策略的使用呈正相关关系，元认知听力策略的使用对英语听力成绩的提升和降低影响最为显著。较之普通专业在校大学生的英语听力焦虑产生，在校民航飞行学员的英语听力焦虑产生的原因更为复杂，其中两个重要特殊原因是来自ICAO（国际民航组织）英语等级考试和无线电英语交际压力。关键词：英语听力焦虑飞行技术专业组普通专业组听力策略AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofcivilaviationindustryinChina,thestudentpilotsgroupofcivilaviationindustryisconstantlyexpandinginrecentyears.Moreover,becauseofthedevelopmentoftheinternationalaviation,Englishcompetencehasbecomeanimportantindicatortomeasuretheoverallqualityofthecivilaviationpilots.AsthespecialcivilaviationstudentsandthefuturepilotswhorecruitedbyChineseairlines,thosestudentpilotsshouldknowthattheimportanceofEnglishlisteninglearningisself-evident.SomepreviousstudiesshowthatEnglishlisteninganxietyisanimportantaffectivedisorderduringtheprocessofEnglishlisteningforcollegestudents.However,thereisrelativelyfewEnglishanxietyresearchthatspecificallyaimedatthespecialgroupofcivilaviationstudentpilots.Thispaperadopted“Backgroundinformationquestionnaire”,“Englishlisteninganxietyscale”and“Englishlisteninglearningstrategiesscale“todoaseriesofcontrastiveanalysesontheEnglishlisteninganxietystatusandtheEnglishlisteningstrategiesusestatusbetweentheflighttechniquemajorstudentsgroupandthegeneralmajorcollegestudentsgroup.Accordingtotheresultsdataoftheself-introductionquestionnaires，thispapercontrastivelydiscussedtherelationshipsamongtheEnglishlisteninganxietystatus,theEnglishlisteningstrategiesusestatusandtheEnglishlisteningcomprehensionscoresofCET-4onbothgroupstudents.Then,theauthorpickedup8studentsfrombothgroupstohaveaface-to-faceinterview,andcomprehensivelyanalyzedtheperformancesandcausesofEnglishlisteninganxietybyillustratingthesimilaritiesanddifferencesbetweenthecivilaviationcollegestudentpilotsgroupandthegeneralmajorstudentsgroup.Thestudentswhoaccepttheinvestigationofself-introductionquestionnairesare62collegestudentpilotswhoarechosenatrandomfromtheflighttechniquemajorfromCivilAviationFlightUniversityofCh
