AbstractThe development of Chinas economy is booming in the 21st century, after the government conducts a series of economic reforms, Chinas market economy started rapid development, Chinas economic system constantly close to international standards. Enterprise is the smallest unit of economic development and the important support strength, due to historical reasons of economic development, our country enterprises most are state-owned enterprises or state holding enterprises. With the reform and opening up, private enterprises accounted for under 20% of the total enterprises, the development of state-owned enterprises have congenital advantage, the private enterprises are good models of self- made, its development has many limits: financing difficulties; high entry barriers; hard to form scale effect and so on. But private enterprises play an important role in the economic development. it promotes the economy to more freedom and bring more fresh blood.Many scholars study shows, executive political relationship as an alternative mechanism can help enterprises to impro ve the value. this kind of phenomenon is more obvious especially in the private enterprises. Political relationship of private enterprises influence enterprise value will be influenced by many factors, such as the executive political types, regional government intervention and national preferential policy, etc. In private enterprises, will the different types of politics relationship have different effect on the enterprise value?
