摘要随着社会经济增长方式和人们价值观念的转变，企业社会责任问题(Corporate Social Responsibility，CSR)已经得到越来越多的国家的重视。处在经济和社会转型期的我国企 业，承担社会责任正成为一个日益重要的时代命题。企业社会责任行为产生的成本与效益 以及企业履行社会责任对企业可持续发展(Corporate Sustainable Development，CSD)产生 的重要影响，已成为一个具有重要的理论和现实意义的研究课题。本文主要以利益相关者理论、企业竞争力理论、可持续发展理论等作为理论支撑，借 鉴国内外相关文献的研究方法和结论，结合我国特有的研究背景，通过实证研究，对我国 企业履行社会责任对可持续发展的影响进行探叶。文章共分为五个部分:第一章从研究背景、研究对象、研究意义三方面进行阐述，并 对研究内容和研究方法做出说明。第二章对公司社会责任和可持续发展的理论及相关研究 综述。第三章对变量指标进行定义，提出研究假设并设计检验模型。第四章进行样本公司 社会责任与可持续发展的实证研究，通过实证检验企业社会责任对可持续发展是否存在显 著影响。最后一章为研究结论与展望。本文主要研究内容和创新性工作如下: 首先，本文按照规范性研究、实证性研究、对策性研究的研究思路，依次回答了是什 、为什 、 三个问题，对企业社会责任、可持续发展 者的理 论内涵、影响关系、及基于此提出的对策建议作出系统研究与分析。其次，在借鉴前人的理论基础上，通过研究设计，包括对变量指标进行定义，构建适 合我国企业的社会责任评价体系和可持续发展评价体系，对如何定量评价企业社会责任表 现与企业可持续发展能力进行一次创新性的有益尝试。第三，通过实证检验企业社会责任对企业可持续发展是否存在显著影响，以沪深 300 指数里面的 37 家上市公司作为样本，考虑到时间的滞后性，以 2008-2010 连续三年的数据 实证分析公司社会责任的表现与可持续发展的相关关系。实证结果表明:企业履行社会责 任初期会对企业发展有负面影响，但最终对可持续发展呈现显著正面作用，这也证实了企 业履行社会责任对实现可持续发展的重要意义。最后，根据此次实证研究结果，笔者相应提出对政府、企业、和企业利益相关者三方 的对策建议，完善企业承担社会责任的社会环境，促使企业自觉积极履行社会责任，实现 企业与社会的和谐发展。关键词：企业社会责任:可持续发展:利益相关者IAbstractWith the change of the social economy growth pattern and people values, more and more attention has been paid on the problem of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by many countries. For the Chinese enterprises who are in the process of economic and social transforming period, corporate social responsibility has become a increasingly important theme.Therefore, paying attention to the costs and benefits of CSR, and analyzing the impacts of CSR to Corporate Sustainable Development are of momentous theoretical and current significances.Basing on Stakeholder Theory、theory of competitive power of enterprise、theory ofcorporate sustainable development, bringing in the research methods and conclusions of relating papers in and aboard, and combining the unique research background of our country, through the empirical research, this dissertation will discussed the influences of fulfillment of social responsibilities of Chinese corporate to sustainable dev
