As the construction of ecological civilization is raised to a level as high as that of economic development, and ecological protection is taken as the bottom line in the development of economy, the supervision on environmental protection legislation and law enforcement has been strengthened in China. All these deeply affect the transition of China’s economic development mode, and also show that Chinese ecological civilization construction has entered into a new period. Enterprise, as the subject of market economy, has a great responsibility for environmental protection and sustainable development, and has to make ecological improvement and optimization choices on the management concept and operation approach.Company A is one of the main suppliers of vitamin products in China. In recent years, Company A highlights the implementation of ecological management, pays attention to ecological strategic management and strengthens the research and exploration of ecological management. The company insists on the ecological management of human resource and gets great achievements. Although Company A makes progress in ecological management, it is faced with the increasing environmental protection pressure and arduous task on energy saving and emission reduction.The thesis conducts a research and discussion on ecological management setting Company A as an example by the research methods of ecology and systematics. It discusses the status of ecological management of A Company, and determines that A Company has achieved certain success in ecological management while there are existing problems and shortcomings. Conclusions are as follows: 1.
