Since 1990s, the European Union (EU) was active in eastward expansion together with deepening integration, striving to involve the eastern European countries which had belonged to former Soviet socialist bloc into the EU so that it could became the largest regional international organization with the highest degree of integration in the world. It was the embodiment of the highest level of the amortization of the national sovereignty. Therefore, the research of the specific examples in the course of the development of the EU makes it more objective and clear to get acquaint with the development of the amortization of the state sovereignty, which is of important theoretical and practical significance to understand and study the amortization of the state sovereignty in the process of the development of the international organizations.On the basis of a full study of the
