TheClinicalResearchofPrimaryLiverCancerWithParaneoplasticSyndromeinNingXiaABSTRACTObjetive:TostudytheclinicalfeaturesoftheprimarylivercancerintheNingxiaHuiAutonomousRegioninpatientswithparaneoplasticsyndrome,discussthebesttreatmentschemeinthelivercancersyndrome,providetheclinicalreferenceforthepatientswithparaneoplasticsyndromeinNingxia.Methods:Retrospectiveanalysisof2002January--2011DecemberinNingxiaMedicalUniversitygeneralhospitalpatients,thepreoperativediagnosisofprimaryhepatocellularcarcinoma,postoperativepathologyconfirmedhepatocellularcarcinomacasescompletedataon552patients,male460cases,female92cases;theoccurrenceofhepatocellularcarcinomawithparaneoplasticsyndromein93cases,81casesofmalein12cases,female.Themedicalrecordinformationintolivercancersyndromeassociatedwithcancerandhepatocellularcarcinomawithparaneoplasticsyndromegroup,comparingtwogroupsofpatients,differencesinclinicalfeatures.AlldataareusedSPSS11.5statisticalsoftware,measurementdatausingx+s,ttest;countdatabyusingrate,χ2test.Results:TheNingxiaHuiAutonomousRegionareaofPNSwithcancerincidenceisaround16.85%,livercancersyndromeassociatedwithcancerpatientsappearedinanindexabnormalitiesin71cases(12.86%),therearetwoindexesabnormalityin17cases(3.08%),morethantwokindsofindexesabnormalityin4cases(0.72%),1casesofhyperthyroidism;livercancerwithcancersyndromegroupandnon-syndromeassociatedwithcancerinAFP,tumordiameter,portalcancerousthrombus,distantmetastasis,TB,AST,GGT,thereissignificantdifference.Conclusions:TheNingxiaHuiAutonomousRegioninpatientswithhepatocellularcarcinomainpatientswithparaneoplasticsyndromeinthemiddlelevel,livercancersyndromeassociatedwithcancerpatientsinanindexabnormalitiesaremorecommon,especiallyforhyperlipidemia.Operationislivercancersyndromeassociatedwithcancerpatientspreferredtreatmentoptions,emphasizingoperationtreatment.KeyWords:Hepatocellularcarcinoma，Paraneoplasticsyndrome，Ningxiaarea，Clinicalfeatures，Operationtreatment中英文缩略词表缩写英文全称中文全称CTX-raycomputerizedtomography电子计算机X线体层扫USultrasonog
