Research on the feasibility and decision of human
resource management outsourcing of H company
ABSTRACT
For much of Chinas enterprises dominated by manufacturing enterprises and
nowadays human resources outsourcing of manufacturing enterprises is still in its infancy
tentative stage. In this paper a case study of H enterprises for empirical researchAccording to the analysis of the characteristics of this enterprise to study the feasibility of
this type of manufacturing enterprise human resources outsourcing and related outsourcing
decision and provide a reference for human resource outsourcing in manufacturing
enterprises in China
First, the article studies the background, significance, purpose and the main areas of the
article and a summary of the current of study at home and abroad on human resource
management outsourcing. Then the article discusses the basic theory of human resource
management outsourcing, such as the basic theory of resources, the core competitive power
theory, the transaction cost theory, principal-agent theory, social exchange theory. The article
also studies the analysis model of enterprise human resource management outsourcing
The article studies an empirical study in the case of H enterprises on the human
resource management outsourcing in manufacturing enterprises on the basis of the analysisAnalysis on the characteristics of the manufacturing enterprise, contact outsourcing model
analysis of theory and analysis of the feasibility of manufacturing enterprise human
resource management outsourcing. Final the article analysis the main problems faced by
the manufacturing enterprise human resource management outsourcing and give the
manufacturing enterprises to implement specific strategies for human resource
management outsourcing
