摘要本文以赣南地区客家人休闲体育行为为研究对象，旨在于从客家文化的背景下去分析客家人休闲体育行为为研究视角。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法、比较法、数理统计法等研究方法，力图找到客家文化与休闲体育发展的契合点，从而建立起适合赣南客家人的休闲体育发展特色路径。本研究结果表明，客家文化具有地域性、民间性、多元性、包容开放性、开拓进取、冒险拼搏性等文化特质；这种文化特质对赣南客家人休闲体育的积极影响有：赣南客家地区的休闲体育呈现出地域性和民俗性特色，客家人乐于选择新的体育项目，在参加体育运动时具有稳定性、持久性特点，在运动的过程中能回归休闲的本质愉悦身心。消极的影响为传统落后的思想不利于休闲体育的普及，不利于形成体育锻炼习惯，不利于个性的发挥等。针对以上问题提出以下建议：大力弘扬客家文化的精髓，发挥客家地区休闲体育地域性、民俗性的优势，在保留自己的特色的同时，又去融合各地的优秀休闲体育文化，走“引进来，走出去”的发展道路。应避免客家文化的消极因素对休闲体育的制约作用，应该让赣南客家地区的传统体育价值观念从群体本位的价值观念中解放出来，让对个人本位的追求成为主流，让休闲体育成为客家民众生活的一部分，成为一种自发的、自觉的公众生活方式。政府有关部门要研究制定鼓励、引导社会多渠道、多形式投入的相关政策，建设多种体制的经营性体育活动场所，向群众开放，以满足群众体育锻炼的需求。关键词：赣南客家人；客家文化；休闲体育；行为ABSTRACTThisarticleaimstoanalysisrecreationalsportsbehaviorbasedonthebackgroundofthehakkaculture.Throughtheliteraturematerialmethod,questionnairesurveymethod,observationmethod,comparisonmethod,mathematicalstatisticsandotherresearchmethods,wearegoingtotrytofindthecorrespondencyofhakkacultureandleisuresportsdevelopmentsoastoestablishasuitablewayforthedevelopmentofgannanhakkaleisuresports.Theresultsshowthatthehakkaculturehasregional,openness,pluralismandtolerance,pioneeringspirit,adventure,striving,sexandotherculturaltraits;Theculturaltraitsofthepositiveinfluenceofgannanhakkarecreationalsportsare:thehakkaregionpresentstheregionalityandMinSuXingofrecreationalsports,hakkapeoplearewillingtochooseanewsport,becausetakingpartinsuchkindofactivityismorestableandpersistent.Theycanreturntotheessenceofleisuresportspleasure.Thenegativeimpactforthetraditionalbackwardideasisharmfultothepopularityofrecreationalsportsandalsowecannotformagoodexercisinghabit,What’smore,wecannotmakeourownpersonality.Tosolvetheaboveproblems,weputforwardthefollowingSuggestions:wecanvigorouslyputforwardtheessenceofhakkaculture,trytoformtheadvantagesofregionalleisuresportsandMinSuXinghakkaregion.Wecandevelopsuchkindofadvancedspirit“gooutandintroduceitaccordingtoreserveourownculturecharacristics.WeShouldavoidthenegativefactorsofhakkacultureeffectontherestrictionofleisuresports,Weshouldliberateourtraditional
