大连海事大学　 　 毕 业 论 文　　　 　　　 　　 　　　 　　 　　　 　 二 ? ? 六 年 九 月　　 　 　 　 　　 　　 　　 　　 “银杏”轮燃油分油机排渣口跑油故障分析　 　 　　　 　　 　　　 　 　 　　　 专业班级：轮机管理02级12班　 姓 名： 黄 俊 辉 　 指导教师： 　　 　　　 　　 　 　　　 　　 轮机工程学院　　 　　　 　 　 　 　 　　 　 　 　 内容摘要　　 摘要：离心式分油机具有净化时间短，流量大和效果好的优点，是船舶净化燃油必不可少的关键设备。它的可靠性是保证燃油系统安全运行的主要环节，但往往由于对燃油分油机日常保养不到位或维修操作不当等原因，在船舶燃油系统工作中，分油机出现各种故障，油中水分和杂质加剧了燃烧室部件和喷油设备元件的腐蚀和磨损，引起主机工作不良，进而影响船舶的正常航行。 　　　 本文介绍了“银杏”轮MOPX205型离心式燃油分油机分离筒与排渣系统结构，阐释排渣过程工作原理。阐述了该分油机在工作过程中出现的排渣口跑油故障现象。针对该故障，根据分油机的结构特点和基本工作原理，分析了该故障的起因，并进行了相应得检查，最终查出该故障并解决了故障。 　　 　 关键词：分油机 排渣系统 滑动圈 滑动底盘 塑料堵头　 ABSTRACT：The centrifugal oil separator has advantages of short time consumed for purification ,great throughout, and good effect .It is necessary and important device for ship .Its reliance is important link to ensure the safety running of fuel oil system .But because of bad usual maintenance or improper repair operation etc. ,there are many troubles in the separator when the fuel oil system is under operation .The impurities and water from fuel oil increase the risk of erosion and wear of combustion parts and injecting device ,which will cause main engine bad work and then affect the normal sail .　　　 This article is basically on the analysis of the separator bowl and discharge system structure and related discharge function of the centrifugal oil separator (MOPX205), and the breakdown that discharge system of the centrifugal oil separator not working in order during operation has been set forth. In accordance with the phenomenon of this breakdown and combining with the structure and principle, some detailed factors which may cause this breakdown have been analyzed. Based on the analysis of these factors the cause has been found out and relevant measures have been taken to rectify such a default as well.　　　 Keywords: oil separator discharging mechanism operating slide sliding bowl bottom valve plug
