摘要思想政治教育作为党的政治优势和优良传统，在党长期的革命、建设和改 革发展过程中，运用马克思主义的普遍原理，紧密结合中国的具体实际，在实 现不同历史阶段的中心任务中，发挥了极其重要的作用。但随着形势的发展， 也面临着实效性和说服力不明显的现实困境。从思想政治教育的目的看，过分 关注社会本位，忽视个体价值的实现；从思想政治教育的内容看，脱离人的现 实生活，不能拿引起受教育者的共鸣；从思想政治教育的方法来看，单一而且 相对滞后，不能很好的实现教育目的。而马克思主义人学理论则是“关于现实的人及其历史发展的科学”。因 此，他不仅是我们现实而辩证地把握“现实的人”的唯一正确途径，也是我们 创新思想政治教育模式，对新模式进行重新构建的主要切入点。马克思主义人 学内涵丰富，本文只就马克思主义人学中人的主体性学说、人的本质学说、人 的存在学说以及人的全面发展学说等作为该模式构建的主要理论支撑点。在借 鉴思想政治教育的四要素理论的基础上，从思想政治教育的教育者、受教育 者、内容、方法、目的及环境等六个主要要素入手，探索以教育者和受教育者 为主体，以内容和方法为两轮结构的“一体两轮”模式，进而提出了以思想观 念先行、内容渗透为主、方法创新为催化、环境优化为辅助的具体构建途径。但是，我们也应当承认，试图寻找一个全面综合的模式来进行思想政治教 育未免太过于简单化，“一体两轮”思想政治教育模式旨在通过教育者和受教 育者的合力、通过思想政治教育内容和方法的优化，在符合外部环境要求的情 况下形成合力良性发展，并非为追求模式而创设模式，更不是有意把思想政治 教育模式化，如果这样就会陷入为模式而模式，固步自封的地步，因此，我们 也不能把它作为解决思想政治教育面临的所有问题。因为模式本身就具有启发 功能，能引导研究者或者是学生去关注某一过程或系统的核心环节。只希望通 过构建这个模式能够对思想政治教育起到一定的启发作用。关键词：思想政治教育；马克思主义人学；一体两轮模式AbstractAs Party’s political advantage and good tradition, ideological and political education has played an important role in the realization of many central tasks about long-term revolution, construction and reform during different historical periods through combining the Marxisms widespread principle and the Chinese actual practice together.
