other kinds of paroxysmal patients in the misgivings of paroxysm, degree of living satisfaction, energy/ lassitude, the cognitive function and the QOL score; the emotional health, energy/ lassitude, the cognitive function and the QOL score are positive correlation with the onset age; the QOL score, the degree of living satisfaction, the cognitive function of the patients who has the school record more than the senior high school were scored higher marks than the low-grade patients. Brainwork patients’ marks are higher in the misgivings of paroxysm, degree of living satisfaction , the pharmic influence and the QOL score than the manual workers and the unemployed; takeing medicine of new type AEDs patients’ marks are higher than taking other types in the misgivings of paroxysm, degree of living satisfaction , the emotional health, energy/ lassitude, the cognitive function and the QOL score; what’s more ,the scores in the misgivings of paroxysm, the emotional health, the cognitive function, the pharmic influence and the QOL score are markedly increased to the pretherapy patients after 3-month standardization treatment.Conclusionadulte epileptic living condition are dramatic decline compare to the normality.the gender, civil state and the course of disease are not the affected factors of the adult epileptic living condition.The seizure frequency and modality , onset age , pharmic sorts , academic diplomas and the vocation are the affected factors of the adult epileptic living condition.the seizure frequency and modality , pharmic sorts and the onset age are the prognostic factors for the adult epileptic living condition.Whether the standardization treatment could improve the quality of living.Keywords epilepsy/ Quality of life/ living condition /adult正文皖北地区成人癫痫患者生活质量及其影响因素的研究1 前言生活质量（quality of life，QOL）又称为生命质量或生存质量，在医学领域内以人类的健康为研究对象。1993 年 WHO 将生活质量的定义为“在不同文化、价值、体系中的个体，对于他们的目标、期望、标准及于关心事情有关的生活状态的综合满意程度及对个人健康的一般感觉”。其内容应包括躯体生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活条件等[1]。生活质量作为反映个体健康的新指标
