it is questioned, and through arguing the private copying rationality under the network environment, find out the judgment standard of private copying’s rationality.The fourth part is the foreign reference of legal system of the private copying under network environment. As the entry point to foreign legal systems of private copying, this chapter mainly introduces legal systems of private copies, including copyright compensation system, technical measures for legal protection system and so on. Through anglicizing the different of legal provisions and implementation of developed countries, for example the United States, Germany and Japan. It provides useful reference for perfect the legal system of Chinese private copying.The fifth part is the countermeasures of perfecting the legal system of our country private copying under the network environment. The chapter analysis the current legal system of our country private copying, come to our country existing laws defects.
