AbstractLawofcivilprocedureisthefundamentallawofourcountry,itisanimportantguaranteeforustoconductcivillitigationactivities,toprotectourlegitimaterightsandinterests,anditsalsothelegalbasisforthecivilprocuratorialsupervision.Therapiddevelopmentinmarketeconomyandthesocialmechanismmaketheoriginalcivilprocedurallawcannotmeettheneedofthecurrentsociety,itisnecessarytomodifyit.Therefore,basedonthecontinuousexplorationofjudicialpracticeandthescholarscontinuouseffort,theeleventhsessionofthetwenty-eighthmeetingoftheNPCStandingCommitteeinAugust31,2012votedandpassedtheamendmentofcivilprocedure,whichstrengthenstheprocuratorialsupervision,themodifiedcivilprocedurefurthersthelegalsupervisionstatusofprocuratorialorgan,andaddsprovisionsoftheprocuratorialsupervisioninmanyaspects,andliesasolidlegalfoundationfortheprosecutorialsupervisionofcivilexecutiontocarryoutinanall-roundway.Atthesametime,theprovisionsofthelawisnotsoperfect,inacertainextenttherearemoreorlessloopholesexist,intheimplementationprocessofthenewcivilprocedure,newproblemswillcertainlyappear.Therefore,fortheworkofcivilprocuratorialsupervision,themodificationofthecivilprocedurelawhasputforwardhigherrequirements,opportunitiesandchallengescoexist,thatistosay,althoughtheprocuratorialsupervisionofcivilexecutionisobtainedintheformofconfirmation,andaccumulatedsomeexperienceinjudicialpractice,butinthepracticeofsupervisionstillfacesmanydifficultiesthatneedtobesolvedurgently.Theissueabouttheprocuratorialsupervisionofcivilexecutionhasbeenstudiedbymanyscholars.I,myselfbasedonthepreviousresearchresults,adheretotherulesofcivilexecutionandtheprincipleofsupervisionandnotcauseimproperinterventiontotheenforcementwork,ofthepeoplescourt.Iputforwardsomesuperficialviewsofmyownontheprosecutorialsupervisionofcivilexecution.Inthispaper,inadditiontotheintroductionandconclusion,itsdividedintofiveparts:Thefirstpartbrieflytalksaboutthenatureandthefunctionofourprocuratorialorgansandtheconnotation,characteristicsandnatureoftheprocuratorialsupervisionofc
