摘要 摘要 i i 摘 要 作为一项科学的综合性评价，绩效评价被企业用作提升绩效、改进管理水平的手 段，也得到越来越多企业家的重视。但民营企业实际应用产生的效果却往往低于预期， 甚至对民营企业产生负效应。国内外文献研究主要集中在绩效评价体系构建、绩效评 价方法以及绩效评价指标体系研究、案例应用研究等方面，关于绩效评价效果受哪些 因素影响，如何通过改善这些因素获得更好效果的研究相对较少，而且将此视角集中 在民营企业的研究更少，研究具有现实意义。 本文首先对绩效评价的发展、企业绩效评价的相关文献进行综述，对民营企业的 标准界定与其绩效评价现状进行阐述，结合对 10 家民营企业、30 名受访者进行的实 地调研和访谈，初步总结出民营企业绩效评价效果的影响因素，并将因素分为 3 个层 次（共 11 小项）：绩效评价体系的科学性、绩效评价制度的执行力和绩效评价工作 的环境支持度。其次，为了验证影响因素设计问卷并进行调查，共回收问卷 86 份， 经核定其中 60 份为有效问卷。然后，对有效问卷进行描述性分析和多元回归分析， 验证以上因素均为影响绩效评价效果的因素，得出结论：对评价效果影响水平最高的 为绩效评价工作的环境支持度，其次为绩效评价体系的科学性和绩效评价制度的执行 力，三个层次中影响水平最高的因素分别是：管理层重视程度、评价指标的健全合理、 严格按照方案执行，最后，依据验证确定的影响因素，对民营企业提出了合理化建议 和改进措施。 关键词：民营企业 企业绩效评价 绩效评价效果 影响因素 我国民营企业绩效评价效果的影响因素研究 我国民营企业绩效评价效果的影响因素研究 Abstract As a scientific comprehensive evaluation, performance evaluation has been used as means of performance lifting and enterprise management level improving. More and more entrepreneurs think highly of performance evaluation. However, the results of its application in private enterprises are usually lower than former expected, even have negative effects on private enterprises. Literature research at home and abroad mainly focus on the system of performance evaluation, methods of performance evaluation and the index system of performance evaluation, case studies.
