ABSTRACTInthispaper,literature,comparativeanalysis,expertinterviewsandmathematicalstatisticalmethods,by11Gamesandfrom2000to2008oftheworld,aswellasthedomesticcompetitionsinChinaandtheworldsbestmens110-meterhurdlertechnicalandtacticalparametersofacomparativeanalysistoidentifyChinasmens110-meterhurdlertheadvantagesanddisadvantages,aswellastheimpactoftheprojectamajorfactorinthedevelopmentofcompetitiveabilityandtomakeappropriaterecommendationsandsolutionsforChinasmens110-meterhurdles,thedevelopmentoftheprojectprovidesatheoreticalreference.Firstofall,thearticlequotedthemens110-meterhurdlestheprojectdevelopmentprocess,aswellasthedevelopmentofthestatusquoathomeandabroad,aswellastheimpactofChinasmens110-meterhurdlerperformanceanalysisofvariousfactors,including:technical,physical,tactical,coachespsychologicallevelandathletes,etc.;secondly,throughthecollationofvariousfactors,contrast,analysissummarizedthataffecttheperformanceofChinasmens110meterhurdles,themainaspectsare:Athletesflatbarrunningbetweenthespeedandmaintainthehighestspeedcapacityisnothigh,Chinas110-meterhurdlesathletesinthehigh-intensitycompetitivestateovertime,fluctuationsofthecolumnisgreaterthantheworldsbestplayers;inmajorinternationalanddomesticcompetitionsofthecoachesandIItacticalarrangements,theimplementationoftacticalathletesneedstobestrengthened.Chinasmens110meterhurdles,thelackofhigh-levelcoaches,coachingabilityislow,theoveralllevelofneedtobeimproved;athletespsychologicalquality,andanti-jammingcapabilityneedstobestrengthened.Finally,thearticleagainsttheprojectscurrentdevelopmentstatusofthedevelopmentofconstructiveandmadeanumberofmeasures:toimprovetheathletesoverallfitness,basedonthequalityandfocusonimprovingthespeedtomaintainthehighestsub-fieldperiodoftime;enhancingmentalenduranceathletes;enhancingCoachesbetweencommunicationandself-learningabilitytostimulateinnovativecoaches.Keywords:man;110-meterhurdles;competitivecapacity;CountermeasuresIII1.引言110米栏项目历史悠久，起源于英国,已经有200多年的发展历史。我国的跨栏跑项目是近代逐渐发展起来的，虽然起步比其他发达国家晚
