ABSTRACTTheindustryofnetworkgroupbuyinghasexperiencedthreestagessinceitlocatedinchina.Theindustryarethrivingin2010,solargecapitalpourintoit,however,thatattentionhascooledsince2011,thefloodofconsolidationintheindustrybegins,butthewayofconsolidationislonganddark.2012seesthattheindustryrisesfromtheashes.Ashortspanofthreeyearshaswitnessedastonishingdevelopmentoftheindustry.Theindustryitselfnowisthreatenedbyaseriesofchallenges,bothexternalandinternal.Internalchallengereferstounfaircompetitionbetweenthecorporationsoftheindustry.Theexternalchallengeisthelossofconsumerconfidenceintheindustry.Themostimportantreasonmaybefoundedininadequateregulatoryandlegalframeworks.Withouteffectivelegalregulation,groupbuyingsitesdisruptsgrouppurchaseorderthroughcommercialdefamationandotherunjustifiablemeans.Withouteffectivelegalregulation,groupbuyingsitestakeadvantageoftheirfinancialandtechnologicaltofraudconsumersandbusinesses,andultimatelylosethetrustofthemarket.ThesehavebecomeconstraintsforthedevelopmentofChinasnetworkgroupbuyingindustry.Therefore,establishingandperfectingthelegalsupervisionmechanismofourcountrynetworkgroupbuyingindustry,balancingthestrengthofgroupbuyingsites,consumersandmerchantsconsistsofveryimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Thepaperistoregulatethenetworkgroupbuyingindustry,establishlegalsupervisioninlinewithChinasnationalconditionsandcurrentpracticeandpromotethedevelopmentofnetworkgroupbuyingindustry.Thispaperisdividedintofiveparts.Thefirstchapterofthispaperisintroduction.Thispartsummarizethesignificanceofresearchonlegalsupervisionsystemofnetworkgroupbuyingindustryandstatementstheresearchobject,thepurposeofwritingthispaperandresearchmethods.Thesecondchapterofthispaperisaboutgeneralreadingonlegalsupervisionsystemofnetworkgroupbuyingindustry.Itfirstlyanalyzesthedefinitionandthelegalnatureandclassificationofthenetworkgroupbuying.Then,thepaperillustratesissuesaboutthenetworkgroupbuyingindustry,definesthelegalstatus,describesthepresentsituationofnetworkgroupbuyi
