张扬人性中德性的光辉??思想政治教育的人性化研究 摘 要 改革开放以来的 20多年是中国社会的根本转型期,在此期间,中国社会的 政治、经济、文化结构发生了深刻的变化,与之相适应,个体的发展也冲破禁区, 步入了高扬个人主体性,关心和尊重个体生命,追求自由和民主的阶段。“人性 化”日益在中国的社会变革中凸现出来。 思想政治教育,作为解决人的思想、观点和政治立场,从人出发、建构在“人” 的基础之上的一项基本工作,其包含的两个能动体??教育者和受教育者都是 人,其活动必然受人的特性的制约,因此,我们不能回避、也回避不了人性问题。 所以,思想政治教育在其本来的意义上讲,就是以人性为基础,因此顺应人性、 提升人性,张扬人性中德性的光辉,是思想政治教育的应然追求。 全文共由三个部分组成: 第一部分:分析探讨了马克思主义关于人性的思想和思想政治教育人性化的 内涵。文中阐述了人性的内涵、特征和包含着的三重结构;揭示了思想政治教育 人性化内涵的四个方面。 第二部分:分析探讨了思想政治教育人性化理念提出的必要性和可能性。 人性是人类发展的历史产物,人性化是当前社会现实和社会发展趋势以及思想政 治教育现状发出的迫切呼唤,也是人的本性使然,更是人成为“完善人” 、“全面 发展的人”的内在要求。 第三部分:阐述了思想政治教育人性化的具体对策。这是本文的重点。即树 立人性化的思想政治教育理念,丰富人性化的思想政治教育内涵,构建人性化的 思想政治教育机制,营造人性化的思想政治教育环境。 关键词:思想政治教育,人性,人性化,人的全面发展 5 PDF created with pdfFactory Pro trial version //0.华东师范大学 2006届马克思主义理论与思想政治教育专业硕士学位论文 Abstract It is the fundamentally changing period of China’s social model since the policy of reform and opening has been implemented for over 20 years.
