The euthanasia involves to ethics, the sociology and legal science many domains, is a complex question, its legalization prepares continuously was argued. Encouraging is in the euthanasia developing process, realizes the enhancement and the idea change along with the people, the euthanasia accepts day by day in the worldwide scale for the people with the support, and will have part of national oneself the legalization, this has also created the advantageous environment for our country euthanasia legalization, has provided the good model.
