本科毕业论文 (设计) 题 目： 钟表外壳注射成型模具的设计 学 院： _ 专 业： 机械工程及自动化 姓 名： 指导教师： _ 2009年 5 月 30 日 摘要 模具是工业生产中的重要工艺装备，模具工业是国民经济部门发展的重要基础之一，塑料注射模具是用于成型塑料制件的模具。 本论文首先采用Pro/E软件进行闹钟外壳的三维造型，其次通过对塑件的形状、尺寸及其精度的要求来进行成型工艺的可行性分析，塑件成型工艺性主要包括塑件的壁厚、斜度和圆角以及是否有抽芯机构，通过塑件成型工艺性的分析来正确确定模具分型面位置、分型面的形式 、型腔的数目、流道形式、浇口的形式、塑件在型腔中的位置，确定型腔和型芯的结构。再正确选择注射机并对其参数进行正确校核，然后对模具的浇注系统、合模导向机构、推出机构、成型零部件、冷却系统、模具材料进行设计，并对其一系列参数进行相应的校核。三维设计完成之后，采用AutoCAD软件绘制模具零件图的工程图。 关键词：注射成型 浇注系统 推出机构 Abstract Mould is the important craft material of industry produce, and the mould industry is one of the most important foundations of the development in the national economy. The plastic injection mould is the moulding tool that used for mouldling the plastic piece. First this paper adopts the Pro/E software to design the 3D shape of the clock outer shell. Secondly according to the requirement of the shape, size and the accuraty of the plastic piece to carry on the viability assessment on moulding technology. The plastic moulding technology mainly includs the wall, the thick, the gradient and circle cape of the plastic piece and whether having the insisitute of core-pulling or not. According to the analysis on the plastic moulding technology to choose the right design of the parting line, the shape of the parting line, the number of the cavity, the form of the runner, the form of the gate, the position of the plastic piece in the cavity and the structure of a cavity and core. Then choose the injector and combine its parameter precisely. And then design the feed system, the ejector guide pillar, the pushing insistute, the forming parts, the cooling systemand the material of the mould. Moreover, check the series of parameters. After the designing of 3D design, draw the engineering diagram of the parts of moulding tool spare parts diagram using AutoCAD software.
