It refers to the possibility of loss of solvency and the variability of enterprise profit (shareholder income) caused by borrowing funds. Enterprises in all aspects of financing, investment and production and operation activities, all bear a certain degree of risk. Financing activities are the starting point of an enterprises production and operation activities. The main purpose of raising funds in general enterprises is to expand the scale of production and management, and to improve economic efficiency.
