公务员聘用制度研究 摘 要 公务员在我国经济社会发展中具有非常重要的作用，而聘用制度是我国公务员制度中的一种新制度。公务员聘用制度不同于普通公务员制度，也不同于我国部分地区推行的政府雇员制度，是机关通过合同选拔、任用公务员的一种人事管理制度。对公务员聘用制度有着重大的意义，本文在相关研究的基础上对我国现行的公务员聘用制度进行针对性的研究工作，探索其在具体实施过程中存在的问题，对我国公务员聘用制度的特点以及现状进行研究，从而对我国公务员聘用制度改善提出了合理的策略。 关键词：公务员；聘用制度；现状分析Abstract The civil service plays a very important role in Chinas economic and social development, and the employment system is a new system of Chinas civil service system.
