摘要般以散步、广场舞、太极、乒乓球等项目为主锻炼时间每次持续一个小时，每周不固定锻炼次数，有多有少。(2)郑州市高新区社区社会体育指导员的层次不一,专业性还需不断加强，人数较少且全部为兼职，居民对此需求量较大。(3)郑州市高新区社区居民参与体育锻炼是为了强身健体，丰富生活，保持良好的邻里关系。（4）郑州市高新区社区居民对体育锻炼的认知程度参差不齐，主要通过电视网络来提高对健身的认识，并且高新区社区居民的平均体育消费水平较低,占收入的很小一部分，主要用来购买实物,阅读型消费较少。(5)郑州市高新区社区体育的发展机构尚不健全,没有统一的管理模式，社区专职体育管理人员较少,管理制度不健全；社区体育经费较少，来源主要靠行政拨款，但数额有限，应当扩宽社区筹措体育经费的途径。(6)影响郑州市高新区社区体育发展的主要因素是高新区管委会对社区体育的重视程度，高新区人口的老龄化带来的变化，新型城镇化对高新区社区的建立和发展带来的影响。关键词:郑州市高新区;新型城镇化;社区体育;发展研究IIAbstractWiththein-depthdevelopmentofourcountry’sopenandreform,theeconomyischangingaccordinglyandthesportindustryisalsonoexception.Asaresultthesportindustryismoreandmoreimportant.Nationalfitnessprogramisnowadaysbloomingnationwideandsportindustryhasbecomeanimportantpartofprovincialeconomicdevelopment.Meanwhile,sportindustryisfacinggreatchallenge.Newmodeloftownshipdevelopmentisoneofthenationalstrategiesandthecoreofnew-modeltownshipiswithoutthecostofagricultureandfoods、ecologyandenvironmentaswellaskeepingtheimportanceoffarmersandincludingallthecountrysideinordertohaveequivalentinfrastructureandpublicservicewiththeurbanareas,soastoimprovetheoverallsocialeconomicdevelopmentandprosper.Afterthenew-modeltownship,peoplecanhavenewmodelofresidenceandlivetogetherinthenewresidentialareacommunity.Withtheout-comingofcommunitysportbusinesswillbecomeanimportantpartofitsdevelopment.Asaresultthequalityofcommunitysportbusinessreflectsacountry’snationalpowerandsocialcivilization.Inthisarticle,wetakeZhengzhouNewandHighTechnologyCommunity(ZZNHC)asaresearchsubjectandthroughthesurveyandresearchoftheZZNHCsportcurrentsituationcombineditsreality,afteranalyzingtheproblemsandthereasonsweproposesomeconstructionalopinionsandsuggestionsandproviderelevantconsultsforZZNHCsportdevelopment.ZhengzhouisthecapitalcityofHenanProvinceandZZNHCisanationalnewandhightechnologycommunitywiththelongesthistoryofdevelopmentinHenanwhichalsohasmulti-industrialsystems.Butitssportbusinessresearchisrelevantlylessdevelopment,becauseofwhichourresearchismorerelevantandspecific.Intheresearchw
