摘要2007 年由美国次贷风波引发的一场以美国为首的欧美大规模的投资银行、保 险公司、商业银行等金融机构破产倒闭、股市剧烈震荡的金融风暴，致使全球主 要金融市场出现流动性不足，并且在 2008 年 8 月开始席卷全球。对于这场金融危机，无论是从哪种层面来解读，但究其根源，是信用风险管理的失当，这就促使人们更加注重信用风险的研究，近年来，信用风险给国内外 金融界带来的危害已使人们对其有了深刻的认识，信用风险的度量和管理研究已 经成为当前乃至今后若干年内金融界的挑战性课题。在我国，中小型企业众多且是国民经济发展的重要部分,发展和保护中小型企 业的生存乃是非常重要的,而中小型企业的结构和大型企业存在很多的不同,商业 银行必须有针对我国中小型企业的信用风险评估方法，目前我国金融市场上成熟 的信用风险评估模型很多,但是针对我国特殊情况的中小企业信用风险的评价方 法和模型的比较尚且很少。本研究致力于从定性分析和定量研究相结合的角度探讨我国银行界存在的多 类型的针对中小企业信用风险评估的方法和模型。首先，在介绍了一些国际上常 用的并且具有实践意义的典型的信用风险模型的基础上，如传统的专家判断法、 特征分析法、信用评分法，现代的 Credit Metrics 模型、Credit Risk+模型、Credit Portfolio View 模型以及 KMV 模型等，针对我国中小企业的特点及其融资现状， 分析并比较适合我国国情的部分典型的中小企业信用风险评估方法及模型：专家 分析法，信用评分法，BP 神经网络模型以及 KMV 模型等；其次，以我国中小企 业分类标准为参考，从经营方式的角度给我国中小企业分成三大类型，并分别给 予适合其特点的信用风险评估方法及模型的选择相关建议；再次，在理论分析和 比较的基础上，通过具体案例，本文以深圳交易所 2011~2013 三年期间 25 家中小 企业作为样本，其中包括 3 家*ST 企业，5 家三年中评级有变化的企业，对 KMV 模型参数进行设定与调整，计算分析得出，KMV 模型对我国上市中小企业的信用 风险评估具有很好的预测性和区分性，能够很好的区分出*ST 公司，得出信用风险 的距离与股票的波动，即资金的运作波动有着重要的关系；最后，在理论和实验 的基础上，给出针对我国商业银行在中小企业信用风险评估上的几点建议。关键词：信用风险，中小企业，风险评估ABSTRACTIn 2007the American subprime mortgage crisis triggered by a massive US-led European and American investment banks, insurance companies, commercial banks and other financial institutions went bankrupt, the stock market turbulent financial crisis, caused the worlds major financial markets to become illiquid, and in August 2007 began sweeping the globe.For this financial crisis, people can interprete from different levels, but their roots are credit risk management misconduct, which prompted people to pay more attention to credit risks in recent years, the harm from credit risk to the domestic and international financial community has been make people understand them deeping, and so credit risk measurement and management research has become the challenging issues now and for the next several years.In our country, there are a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises and they are piay an important role in our national economic development.
