AbstractCriminaljusticereformisahotspotofjudicialreforminrecentyears.Thecriminaljusticepracticeinnovationandcreativitytrialmodehavegaineduniversalsocialconcern.InthemorningofOctober29,2010,theIntermediatePeoplesCourtofPingdingshanofHenanProvince,heldacourtin“roundtabletrial”modefortrialinwhichthedefendantisaminor.Theroundtabletrialisthispaper’stopic.Thecaseaboveisaddressedtodiscussthemodeofthistextualdiscourse,themodeoftheoreticalanalysisandsystemimprovement,meaninginthespecificationofthemodelapplies,inordertomaximizetheprogram’svalue.Thispaperisdividedintofiveparts,andthemainscientificresearchmethodsaretheexamplemethod,empiricalanalysis,historicalanalysis,anddataintegration,valuecontrast.Igivetheorderof“Casemade-Theorytextualanalysis-Modeimprovedoutlook-Theregression-Conclusion”,resolvingthequestionsfromthepracticeonthebasisofanalysisofscientifictheoriestotheimprovementofpracticeandoutlook,whichfollowstwoleapsinlinewiththeMarxistepistemologicalperspective,anditisalsoanactivemeaningofthetitleoftheadministrationofjustice.Thefirstpartofthearticledescribesthecasepractice:themorningofOctober29,2010,theIntermediatePeoplesCourtofPingdingshanCityofHenanProvince,heldacourtin“roundtabletrial”modefortrialinwhichthedefendantisaminor.Thissectiondescribesa“roundtabletrialmode”fromthepresidentofcourt’sdiscourse.Themodeisconducivetoeliminatejuveniledefendants’fearincriminaltrial,toreducetheresentmentofthehearingofficer,tomakeitclosertotheirdistancejudicialpersonnel.Atthesametime,byanequalseatdesigned,theyrelaxtensestateofmind,putdownpsychologicalalertwiththecriminalcourt,andcontributetothejusticeofthecasequicklyresolved,soastoachieveagoodeducationandtreatmenteffect.Suchabroad-basedparticipationinacriminaltheroundtabletrialisnotonlyacriminalinvolvedinthedefendantseducationandsavingandaftercorrectionconvergencesmoothly,isalsoagoodsocialeffectscriminallegalformofpropaganda.Eventhoughsuchpracticebasicandpracticalsignificanceofthecriminaltrialmode,therestillretainedalotoftheoreticaliss
