AbstractWiththedevelopmentofeconomicandtechnology,bothpeoplesvaluesandthesenseofcompanymanagementhaschanged.Atthesametime,therelationshipbetweenenterpriseandemployeehaschangedtoo.Pursuingproductiveperformance,theenterprisealsopaysattentiontotheemployee.So,howtorelationshipbetweenenterpriseandemployeeisimportantforenterprise.Organizationcommitmentisanimportantconceptwhichcanexplaintherelationshipbetweenemployeeandenterprise.ThefirstmanwhogettheconceptoforganizationcommitmentisbeckerwhoisanAmericalsocialscientist.Itbecomesconcernsofsociologyandpsychology.Atfirst,Beckerexlainthatorganizationalcommitmentisthewillingnessofemployeewhowantstostayintheenterprise,withputtinghisorhertimeandskillstothecompany.Becauseorganizationcommitmentcanpredictthebehaviorofemployees,soallresearcherspayattentiontoit.Therearemanyfactorsinfluencingorganizationalcommitment.Fromtheperspectiveoforganization,thedesignofthecompensationisthemostimportantfactorthatinfluencedthesatisfactionofemployeeandthecommitmentofemployee.Now,inchineseenterprises,especiallyinthesmallsizedenterpriseofchina,thedesignofcompensationisnotperfect,theelementofcompensationissosimple,sothesatisfactionofemployeeisnotsohigh.Soitisharmfulforenterprisetoremaincompetitive.Thispaperaimsatanalyzingtherelationshipbetweenthesatisfactionofcompensationandtheorganizationalcommitmentofemployee,andgivessuggestionabouthumanresourcemanagementandcompensationmanagement,anditisusefultoenterprise.Atthesametime,becauseoftheespeciallyenvironmentofthegrowthoftheenterpriseofchina.Therelationshipamongemployeeoftheenterpriseofchinaistherelationshipofsupervisorandsubordinate,anditisequal.So,eventhoughthedesignofcompensationisnotperfect,improvingtherelationshipbetweensupervisorandIIIsubordinateisimportantforenterprisetoraisethecommitmentofemployee.Inthispaper,thecompensationsatisfactionisansingledimension.Thesupervisorandsubordinateisdividedintothreeelement:affectivejoint,theobediencetoleader,involvesintheprivatelife.Andtheorganizationalcommitmentis
