中文摘要 随着市场经济的建立，农村商品经济不断发展，广大农村地区逐步建立了多种形式的 农村合作经济组织。农民专业合作社并不是我国特有的，从世界范围来看，它也是促进农 业发展的重要组织形式。农民专业合作社可以使势单力薄的单个农业生产者集合起来，形 成规模优势，提高农民的市场谈判能力，从而可以更好的保护自身利益；不同于其他行业 卖方信息优势，在市场交易中单个农业生产者存在严重信息劣势，缺乏对农业市场信息的 把握，往往不能合理安排生产,这样就增大了单个农户的经营风险。通过合作的形式进入市 场，能准确把握市场信息，合理配置资源，避免盲目生产，从而降低了农户的经营风险。 农民专业合作社是社员自愿联合形成的经济组织，它提供的产品可以分为两类。一类 产品是面向内部社员提供的。这类产品以社员为唯一服务对象，不是本农民专业合作社的 社员就无法享受这类产品，另外，这类产品在社员之间不具有竞争性，既不会因增加一个 社员而降低其他社员享受这些产品的效用，也不会因社员数量增加而追加新的成本投入， 因此，这类产品时典型的俱乐部产品。另一类则是社员共同的实物产出此类产品生产的目的是利润最大化，因此农民专业合作社是具有公共性与盈利性的双重特殊经济组织。 根据合作社的双重属性，分析合作社的效率要综合内部公共品供给效率与实物产出盈利效率两方面进行分析。短期内社员数量、可用土地及内部服务均可影响合作社实物产出 的效率，其中关键因素是合作社内部服务水平，而影响内部公共服务供给效率的关键因素 是社员的同质性问题。但长期条件下影响合作社产出效率的根本因素是合作社社员的数 量。因此，为实现合作社长久发展的可行路径便是：短期内提高合作社内部公共服务水平 吸引新的社员加入，对已入社的社员开展全面的教育以改善异质性问题。关键词：合作社 效率 影响因素IABSTRACTWith the establishment of a market economy, the rural commodity economy continues to develop, the vast rural areas and gradually establish various forms of rural cooperative economic organization.
