血清 TSH 与分化型甲状腺癌关系的研究进展【中文摘要】甲状腺癌是临床上最常见的内分泌恶性肿瘤之一 ，严重威胁着人类的健康 与生命，因此了解甲状腺癌的病因及发病机制对临床诊治具有重要的指导作用。 而促甲状腺激素（Thyroid Stimulating Hormone，TSH）是参与调控甲状腺细胞增 殖与分化的主要物质，在甲状腺癌的发病中有着重要的作用。分化型甲状腺癌 (differentiated thyroid carcinoma，DTC)作为甲状腺癌的主要病理类型，近年来， 国内外有关于血清 TSH 和 DTC 之间的风险的研究报道较多。不同的血清 TSH 水平在甲状腺癌的诊断和治疗中均有着重要的指导作用，可作为甲状腺癌疾病诊 断、分期及预后判断的重要指标。TSH 抑制治疗为甲状腺癌治疗后控制病情的 常用治疗方法。因此对于血清 TSH 水平与甲状腺癌之间的关系的了解可提高对 DTC 的认识，从另一方面对甲状腺癌进行治疗，减少肿瘤的复发及转移，改善 患者的预后，提高生存质量。本文将结合目前国内外有关于血清 TSH 与 DTC 之 间的关系的研究，对这二者的联系进行简要的阐述，以提高对 DTC 的认识，更 好的服务于临床治疗，为 DTC 患者带来帮助。【关键词】：促甲状腺激素；分化型甲状腺癌；研究进展Research progress on the relationship between serum TSH and differentiated thyroid carcinoma【Abstract】Thyroid cancer is one of the most common endocrine malignancies in clinical. It serious threat to human health and life ， so understanding the causes and mechanisms of thyroid cancer has an important role in guiding of clinical diagnosisand treatment . The thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) is the main substance involved in the regulation of thyroid cell proliferation and differentiation ， and plays an important action in the pathogenesis of thyroid cancer. Differentiated thyroidcarcinoma (DTC) as the main pathological types of thyroid cancer， in recent years，domestic and international have many studies reported the risk on DTC and serum TSH levels . Different serum TSH levels in both of the diagnosis and treatment aboutthyroid cancer plays an important role in guiding， and it can be used as an importantindicator of staging and prognosis of thyroid cancer diseases. TSH suppression therapy is commonly used to control the disease in the treatment of thyroid cancerafter treatment. Therefore， acknowledge the relationship between serum TSH levelsand thyroid cancer can improve the understanding of DTC ，on the other side to treat the thyroid cancer ， reduce tumor recurrence or metastasis ， improve patientoutcomes and quality of life.
