Clinicalstudiesofnon-alcoholicfattylivermedicinethreadmoxibustiontherapyABSTRACTObjective:Byobservingtheclinicalefficacyofthedrugthreadmoxibustiontreatmentofnonalcoholicfattyliver,trytocreateadrugthreadmoxibustiontherapynewideasfornon-alcoholicfattyliver,enrichandimprovenonalcoholicfattylivermedicinespecialtyhealthcaresystem,designedtoprovidethebasisforclinicalapplication.Methods:Prioruseofcomputergeneratedrandomnumbersandgroupingmethodsaregroupedintothesealedpacketcardenvelopes.Extractionenvelopesintothegroupinorder,thecontentsofthecardtogivethecorrespondingcompliancegroupingandtreatmentprograms.80patientsmettheinclusioncriteriaforpatientswithnon-alcoholicfattyliverisdividedintothetreatmentgroup(medicatedthreadmoxibustioncombinedpolyenephosphatidylcholinecapsule)andthecontrolgroup(polyenephosphatidylcholinecapsule),40casesineachgroup.Duringtreatmentgroupswerelowsaltlowfatdiet,quitalcohollimit,properphysicalexercise,treatmentforsixmonths,beforeandaftertreatmentweretakeninthemorningfasting（1）peripheralbloodtestsofliverfunctiontests:alanineaminotransferase(ALT),aspartateaminotransferase(AST),totalbilirubin(TBIL),serumalbumin(ALB);（2）lipids:totalcholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),highdensitylipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),Low-densitylipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C);（3）radiologicaldetection:DuringthethreemonthslaterasecondliverenhancedCTexamination.Results:(1)Thetwogroupsweregender,agestratification,diseaseprogressionwasnosignificantdifference(P0.05)ontheprogressofthediseaseandbodymassindex(BMI)proportioncomparable.(2)thetreatmentgroupwereclinicallycuredfivecases,effectivein17cases,effectivein14cases,4cases,thetotaleffectiveratewas90.00%;inthecontrolgroupwereclinicallycuredthreecases,effectivein13cases,effectivein17cases,7cases,thereisalwaysefficiencyof82.50%.Theoverallefficacyofthetreatmentgroupcomparedwithcontrolgroup,P0.05,statisticallysignificantdifferencesbetweengroups,suggestingthatthetreatmentgroupthanthecontrolgroup.Canimproveliverfunction(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB)andserumli
