AbstractThetuningofthespectralanddirectionalradiationpropertiescanbeappliedinmanyapplications,suchasthermalimaging,solarthermalandsolarcells.Electromagneticradiationfrommicro-structuredsurface,however,usuallydividesintodifferentwavelengthsandangles,whichmakestheresearchurgent.Amongallthemicrostructures,1-Dgratingsarewidelyusedfortheirgoodperformanceandeasyfabrication.Thisthesisconsidersthe1-DgratingsradiationpropertieswiththehelpofFDTDmethodandthegratinganomaliesphenomena.Wegivethedetaileddescriptionofourworkasfollows,Firstly,wediscussedtheradiationpropertiesofp-dopedsiliconandsiliconkindof1-DsimplegratingswiththehelpofFDTDmethodandthegratinganomaliesphenomena.Byconsideringthep-dopedsilicongratings,wefindthatMicrocavityresonancehasbettertotalspectrumtuningperformancethanSPPs.Then,weconsidertheeffectofdifferentkindsofparametersonthethermalradiationpropertiesofsilicongratings,andfindthatsimplegratingscanonlytunethenarrowbandradiationproperties.Toimprovethetotalspectrumofradiationproperties,weintroducetheconceptofcomplexgratings.Byanalyzingtheradiationpropertiesofcomplexgratings,wefindthattheradiationpropertiesofcomplexgratingsisbothbroad-bandanddirection-insensitive.Thenwecomparetheradiationpropertiesofcomplexgratingswith2and3grooves,andfindthatthe2-groovegratingshavetheadvantagesofeasyfabrication,broad-bandandsymmetricobliqueincidence.Thus,2-groovegratingissuitforsolarcellapplications.Keywords:FDTD;Wood‘sanomalies;SPPs;Microcavityresonance;radiationproperties目录摘要................................................................................................................IAbstract..............................................................................................................II目录.........................................................................................................III1绪论.........................................................................................................11.1课题研究背景及意义..................................................
