No meet BSCI requirement.工厂的产能计划不合理,导致月加班超过36小时。由于PMC主管没有足够的“生产计划管理Management知识”,导致部分生产排单不合理,进而工厂产生【员工Stuff】不合理的加班。As no enough production management knowledge for PMC supervisor, then it was caused some unreasonable production plans were raised, and then cause some unreasonable overtimes were arranged.1. 生产经理对PMC主管进行“生产计划与物料控制”培训,培训记录及培训教材如附件;1.The production manager will conduct “Production Plan and Material Control Training Course” for the PMC supervisor, training material and training record as attached;2. 生产经理对PMC主管培训后,将对其进行考核,考试结果未达90分以上,将重新培训,培训考试试卷如附件所示, 2.After the training, PMC supervisor must attend the written examination, if the examination score is less than 90, then the PMC supervisor need to re-train;3.生产经理对PMC部设置合理编排订单的目标文件(文件名称:PMC目标管理Management工作指引,文件编号:SAI-032),并每周监控目标达成情况,如未达到预定的目标,则由PMC分析根本原因及纠正预防措施;3.Production Manager will establish “PMC target Management work instruction, document number:SAI-025” (as attached), to ensure PMC’s production plans are more reasonable and can reach BSCI’s working hour control target, and PMC supervisor will monitor the implementation results, if the target don’t fulfill, then PMC supervisor need to conduct detailed root cause analysis/corrective action/ preventive action. 22.1There was one worker representative in factory, however, he was not awareness ofBSCI code of conduct, No evidence to show that this woker representative was votedby employees.
