Because of the limited network membership, the network will not help much more than helping managers complete their work at hand. Personal (personal) interpersonal network Once aware of their work over reliance on internal relations, management personnel will seek to have the same ideas and their own people in the organization, and through participation in professional associations, Alumni Association, clubs and other interest groups to build personal networks. Personal network can provide a safe space for personal development. Unfortunately, many managers fail to recognize that these relationships and organizational strategies can only help managers successfully accomplish leadership roles.
