AbstractThespraystructuredeterminesthefueldistributionandmixtureformation,andthenhasadirectimpactonthecombustion,soGDIinjectorisamajorcomponentof theGDIcombustionsystem.Furthermorethesprayisessentiallyaffectedbythecavitationphenomenoninsidethenozzleholes.Thephenomenonofcavitationmainlyhasagreatimpactonthevelocity,massflow,andturbulentkineticenergydistributionatthenozzleexit.Thecavitationistheoneofdominantfactorscausingprimarybreakup,sotheinternalnozzleflowmustbeconsideredinthedesignofGDIengine.Theoreticalandexperimentalstudieshavebothprovedthat:high-pressuredieselinjectionnozzleiseasytoformcavitation.Inrecentyears,somescholarsfindthatGDI multi-holeinjectorwillalsohavecavitationintheinjectionprocess.Comparedtodieselnozzle,thestudyofthecavitationinsidetheGDInozzleisstillnotenoughcurrently.Asthenozzleflowisanunstablegas-liquidtwo-phaseflow,andthenozzlestructurealsoimpedestheexperimentstoobservethenozzleflowdirectly,sothesimulationbecomeanimportantresearchmethodofinternalflow.Thispaperusingtwo-fluidmethodsimulatetheinternalflowofGDImulti-holeinjectoratthemaximumneedlelift,besidestheresults predictwhetherornotthecavitationwouldoccuranddiscusstheunevenflowbetweenthesixnozzleholes.Thestudyoncavitationdistributioninsidenozzlewithneedlevalveliftmovementisalsoputon.Atthesametime,thedataoftheinternalflowcalculationwithneedlemovementisgainedandwillbeusedasaboundaryconditionforthesubsequentspraycalculation.Thedatacontainsthevaluesoftheliquidvelocities,densitiesandtheturbulencequantitiesatnozzle’soutlet.Duringthespraysimulation,thedataisintroducedbyusingdifferentinitialbreakupmodelandtheeffectsofinternalflowon spraycharacteristicsarealsobeenanalyzedqualitatively.Keywords：GDINozzle，Cavitation，JetAtomization，NumericalSimulation目录摘要..............................................................................................................
