AbstractWiththereformationoftechnologyandconcept，mapplaysaincreasingrolein ourdailylife，andtheinventionofelectronicmapmeetmoredemands．Electronic mapnotonlycoversthefunctionofcommonmap，butalsopresentinformationon computerinfigures．Thispaper，basedontheresearchandreferenceshomeand abroad，makesafllrtherstudyfromboththeoreticalandpracticalperspective．Thepurposeandsignificanceoftrafficelectricalmap，andintroducingthe presentsituationanddevelopmentoftheworldelectricalmap．Thefultherdiscussion ofthetheoryofelectronicmap，andmakingaconclusionofdesignprinciplesandthebasictechnologyoftheelectronicmap.Thedisclosureoftheshortageofthe traditionalgeographicaldatamodelinnature,andtheadvantageofestablishingobject—orientedgeographicaldatamodelisbroughtforward，anddescribingthemajordatastructureandoperationalmethodsbyadoptingtheVC++program．The designofoperationalmethodbasedonmapcorpus．Thismethodishelpful insolvingtheproblemofslowspeed,andCanalsochangeintodifferentpositionbywayofvariousproportions．Thedetailedexplanationofthenotionoftheelectronicmapmulti—scalerepresentation，anditsresearchsituation．This system shortenthe timeofcalculating，and Canpresentthedetails bymeansofproportion，relevance，significance，length，andacreage．Theproblemsinold system．Thistechnologyaims tousegeographicalinformationtocutdownmapactively．Thisplaysanimportant roleintheconstructionofLiaoningchewutongsystem．Inpractice，thistechnologydevelopsShaanxielectronicexpresswaymap system，andprovidesfurtherapplicationinelectronicmaptechnologyandtheory．Keywords：electronic map, space index, geographicaldata model, vector data structure，GIS目录摘要.....................................................................................................................IAbstract....................................................................................................................II第1章绪论...........................................................................................................11.1 课题来源和背景.............................
