探讨建筑施工安全管理 　　摘要：建筑工程的施工安全管理工作，首先就要紧扣其中的“管”和“理”这两大主题。详细来说，就是在建筑工程施工中既要有计划地做好劳动力与施工机具等方面的组织与分配工作，又要理顺施工全过程中的各项施工工序的工艺技术与工艺流程及其之间的相互制约关系。对于建筑工程的施工安全管理而言，首当其冲就是建立健全一个工程施工安全管理保证体系，确保建筑工程施工安全管理的规范化。同时，想要真正实现建筑工程施工安全管理中各项工作的圆满完成，就有必要对每一项安全管理工作都提前进行系统而又细致地把握，这也是建筑工程施工安全管理工作能够顺利完成的不二法门。本文简要地阐述了当前我国建筑工程的施工安全管理现状，并对其安全管理工作的一些具体措施进行了浅要的分析和探讨。 　　关键词：建筑工程；施工管理；安全管理 　　Abstract: the construction of construction of the project safety management, first to be closely the tube and reason the two big topics.
