浅谈湿地生态景观公园设计与建设 　　 摘要：阜阳市2010年被评为安徽省园林城市，并提出2015年前争创国家级园林城市。阜阳市以此为契机，自2011年始重点打造颍河风景带绿化及景观工程。沿颍河湿地生态景观公园的设计与建设必将成为颍河风景带建设的点睛之笔。该文尝试结合阜阳颍河风景带中湿地生态景观公园的设计与建设，从湿地生态景观的设计内容、设计原则等方面进行分析和探索，以利于使湿地生态环境得到有效保护与资源的合理利用，做到有计划、有步骤，合理进行保护使之既能推动经济的发展，又能达到生态环境保护，实现社会效益、经济效益和生态环境效益的统一发展。 　　关键词：湿地 湿地生态景观公园 设计与建设 　　Abstract: the fuyang city in 2010 is evaluated garden city in anhui province, and puts forward some 2015 years ago, striving for the national garden city. Fuyang city regard this as the opportunity, rating since 2011 key build with green and landscape yinghe large landscape engineering. Wetland ecological landscape shaying along the design and construction of the park will become the scenery of the construction of shaying with the pen that nods eyeball. This paper try to combining the fuyang with wetland landscape of shaying landscape design and construction of the park, wetland ecological landscape from the design contents, principle of design, analysis and exploration, so as to facilitate the wetland ecological environment to get effective protection and rational utilization of resources, and do it in a planned way and step-by-step, reasonable protection make already can promote the development of economy, and can reach the environmental protection and the realization of social benefit, economic benefit and the unity of the ecological environment development. 　　Keywords: wetland landscape ecological wetland park design and construction 　　 　　 　　中图分类号:TU986.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 　　 　　湿地是地球上水陆相互作用形成的独特的生态系统，是自然界最富有生物多样性的生态景观和人类最重要的生态环境之一。湿地被喻为“地球之肾”，与海洋、森林一起并称为全球三大生态系统，它是自然界最富有生物多样性和生态功能最高的生态系统，是人类和经济社会赖以生存发展的宝贵自然资源，是人类最重要的???存环境。同时，湿地也是野生动植物，尤其是鸟类最重要的栖息地。湿地有着很重要的生态功能，它在抵御与调节洪水、减缓径流、调节气候、控制污染与降解污染物等方面有着不可替代的作用，还具有巨大的生产功能，丰富景观和文化的价值。由于社会和经济的发展，近年来湿地产生了一系列的环境问题，正是由于其功能的特殊性和系统的不易恢复性，湿地的保护和开发一直都受到社会极高的关注。人们对于湿地的保护和利用热情也空前高涨，并开始针对这一特殊类型用地的开发模式进行积极的探索。 　　1 基本概念 　　1.1 湿地的定义 　　湿地是指天然或人工、长久或暂时性的沼泽地、泥炭地或水域地带、静止或流动、淡水、半咸水、咸水体，包括低潮时水深不超过6米的水域。湿地的类型通常分为自然和人工两大类。自然湿地包括沼泽地、泥炭地、湖泊、河
