摘要在住宅小区出入口设置门禁，是当前中国住宅小区管理和安全防范的普遍 做法，对住宅小区出入口设计提出了不同于以往的新要求。因此，如何结合门 禁设施设计好住宅小区的出入口空间是一个新的重要课题。本文首先对基于门禁的住宅小区出入口空间的概念给以了界定，并对其历 史渊源进行了详细地阐述；然后对基于门禁的住宅小区出入口空间的影响因素 进行了深入地研究，并对其定义、分类；在此基础上，通过对南昌市 32 个住宅 小区出入口空间进行实态调查，分析统计调查数据，得出南昌市基于门禁的住 宅小区出入口空间的现状情况；再将调查得到的结果进行分析与评价，提出相 应的建议，并对 4 种主流出入口进行引导性设计，提出注意事项；最后，得出 文章的结论并对基于门禁的住宅小区出入口空间的发展趋势进行展望，希望能 对今后住宅小区出入口空间的设计提供有益的参考。关键词：门禁；住宅小区；出入口；空间IABSTRACTAs a currently common practice of residential district management and security protection in China, setting entrance control in residential districts puts forward new requirements in residential district entrance design other than the previous ones. Therefore, how to design residential district entrance with entrance control facilities is a new important topic.Firstly, this paper defines the concept of entrance control-based residential district entrance space and elaborates its historical origins in details. Then, it conducts an in-depth study on the influencing factors of entrance control-based residential district entrance space and defines and classifies these factors. On this basis, statistical survey data collected from on-the-spot investigation of the entrance space of 32 residence districts in Nanchang is analyzed, and the current situation of entrance control-based residential entrance in this city is achieved. Furthermore, this paper analyzes and evaluates the results of this investigation, puts forward corresponding suggestions and proceeds to orienting design of four mainstream entrances with several matters needing attention.
