摘要对语音信号处理的研究，都是实际应用需求的推动。语音的数字化传输大大提高了语音传输的可靠性、抗干扰性、快速交换和保密性，并且随着集成电路技术的发展，极大地降低了其实现成本。在建立通信系统时，基于不同需求的考虑采用了不同的语音编码技术，由此带来的不同语音编码系统之间的通讯成为亟待解决的问题。PCM编码理论是发展最早、最完善的语音波形编码技术，其广泛应用于各种通信系统:CVSD是自适应增量调制技术的一种，其优良的抗误码率特性使其大量应用于蓝牙、卫星、军事等无线通信系统。本课题从实际应用需求出发，研究语音编码PCM-CVSD转换器系统，以解决PCM通信系统与CVSD通信系统衔接的问题。为了实现本课题研究的目的，首先概述了PCM、CVSD编码技术原理，介绍了PCM-ADM转换的发展过程、研究现状及发展趋势:然后研究了多径搜索算法编码原理，设计出基于多径搜索编码算法的延迟判决系统，构造出语音编码PCM-CVSD转换器的数字模型。在此基础上，重点研究了PCM-CVSD转换器的建模与设计，设计语言选用VerilogHDL。通过对设计好的VerilogHDL模块进行仿真，本课题设计的语音编码PCM-CVSD转换器能较好地实现两种语音编码的相互转换，并且通过了AteralDE2开发板系统硬件测试，结果表明本文提出的方法是可行的。关键词:语音编码:编码转换:脉冲编码调制:连续可变斜率增量:多径搜索编码:增量调制。万方数据I–AbstractThepurposeofresearchsofspeechtechnologyareallforapplications.Forexam-ple,theresearchoftransitionofdigitalspeechgreatlyenhancedthereliability,anti-jamming,high-speedswitchandsecrecyofspeechtransition.Withthedevelopmentofintegratedcircuittechnology,itreducedthecostofthesystem’simplementation.Whencommunicationsystemsareestabished,duetodifferentneedsconsidered,differentspeechcodingtechnologyischoosed.Thiscausesaurgentproblemthatisthedifferentvoice-codingsystem’scommunication.PCMcodingtheoryistheearliestandmostperfectvoicewaveformcodingtech-nique,andiswidelyusedinvariouscommunicationsystems.CVSDisamodulationtech-niqueamongadaptivedeltamodulationtechniques.Itisappliedtobluetooth,satellite,militaryandotherwirelesscommunicationsystemsbecauseofitsexcellentanti-error-ratecharacteristics.Inthispaper,speechcodingPCM-CVSDconvertersystemisre-searchedbasedonthepracticalapplicationdemands.Inthepaper,firstly,thebasicconceptsandtechnicalprinciplesofPCMandCVSDaresummarized,andcharacteristicofPCM-ADMconverterisintroduced.Then,theprincipleofMultipathCodingAlgorithmisanalysised.ThedelayeddecisionsystembasedonMultipathCodingAlgorithmisstudied,anddigitalmodleofspeechcodingPCM-CVSDconverterisdesigned.Specially,modelinganddesignonPCM-CVSDcon-verdersystemarestudied,andVerilogHDLastheprogramminglanguageisselected.BythesimulationofVerilogHDLprocedure,theconcludethatthePCM-CVSDconverter
