绿色建筑暖通节能问题探析 　　摘要：随着绿色建筑在中国的发展，节能问题作为绿色建筑的核心问题也日益引起重视。绿色建筑也可称作生态可持续性建筑，即在不损害基本生态环境的前提下，使建筑空间环境得以长时期的满足人类健康地从事社会和经济活动的需要。根据国家绿色建筑发展制定的两个阶段目标以及四大基本策略，在遵循此原则的前提下，从绿色建筑面临的设计施工难题，提出从资源的易得性、环境的适应性，以及循环利用性等方面着手考虑，从而获得了稳步发展绿色建筑的策略。而目前在我国的绿色建筑中，暖通节能的问题日益突出，本文就如何解决这些问题 　　并且提出可持续发展的解决措施阐述了几点建议。 　　关键词：绿色建筑 暖通空调 节能 　　中图分类号：TU201.5文献标识码：A 文章编号： 　　Abstract: with the development of green building in China, saving energy problem as the green building core issues are becoming increasingly take seriously. Green building can also be called ecological sustainable architecture, that is, without prejudice to the basic ecological environment, under the premise of make a building space environment to a long period of time to meet human health to be engaged in social and economic activities need. And at present in our green building, hvac the energy saving of the growing problem, this paper on how to solve these problems 　　And put forward for sustainable development measures expounds some Suggestions. 　　Keywords: green building hvac energy saving 　　 　　 　　随着人类物质文明的高速发展，如何协调地处理环境和能源问题也很自然地成为当今社会的重大课题。人口不断的增加和资源过度的消耗，引起全球气候变异、环境污染和生态破坏等问题，这些问题严重地威胁着人类的生存和发展。“可持续发展”（要改变以牺牲环境为代价和过渡消耗能源的发展模式）思想的提出，标志着我们从传统的资源型发展模式，走上良性循环的生态型发展模式。这种新的发展观导致产生了新的建筑观-- 绿色建筑观念。绿色建筑的实现必须由绿色设计的思想、方法和技术来保证。这就要求我们充分分析制约绿色建筑在国内发展的诸多因素，以做到真正的“绿色建筑”。 　　一、暖通空调的LEED 标准 　　按照美国绿色建筑委员会制定的绿色建筑评估体系能源与环境设计先导的规定，绿色建筑的设计和施工应在以下五个方面明显降低或消除建筑对环境和用户的负面影响： 　　1.建筑选择可持续发展的建筑场地； 　　2.建筑对水源保护和对水的有效利用； 　　3.高效用能和可再生资源的利用及保护环境； 　　4.就地取材、资源的循环利用； 　　5.良好的室内环境质量。 　　LEED 标准对以上五个方面在建筑中的比重进行量化打分，最后按照总得分多少将绿色建筑分为四个级别：认证级、银级
